Everything included. Nothing on your to-do list.
Our residential service is a full-season lease: you're not buying a bin of lights, you're buying a finished result — a professionally lit home from the day we install to the day we take it all away.
What we light

Rooflines
The signature look. C9 LED bulbs on custom-cut runs that trace your gables, eaves, and peaks in clean, straight lines — measured and cut for your house specifically.

Trees
Trunk wraps and canopy lighting on oaks, pines, and crepe myrtles. Nothing transforms a front yard faster than a properly wrapped tree — see for yourself.

Bushes & shrubs
Net and string lighting across hedges and landscape beds that ties the whole display together at ground level — like the beds in this install.
One honest note: we don't do yard inflatables. We do lights — and we do them extremely well.
Why lease instead of buy?
The DIY math nobody does
Buying enough quality LED lighting for an average roofline costs hundreds up front — then you supply the ladder time, the repairs, the January takedown, and a corner of the garage for eleven months. And retail-grade strands typically need replacing every couple of seasons.
The lease math
One price covers commercial-grade lights (better brightness, better weather resistance, better lifespan than anything at a hardware store), professional install, mid-season fixes, takedown, and storage. And here's the part we're proud of: your price drops 10% every year after your first. Year two is 10% off. Year three, another 10%. Loyalty should pay — so with us, it does.
What determines your price
Every home is different, so every quote is custom. Four things drive it:
Linear feet
Total footage of roofline being lit — the biggest factor.
Stories & pitch
Second stories and steep pitches take more time and equipment.
Trees & extras
Wrapped trees, bushes, and ground elements add to the design.
Complexity
Dormers, turrets, and cut-up rooflines vs. simple straight runs.
